I saw him today, corner of Central and University. I was suprised that he hadn't caused an accident yet. Although this guy on the power-chair was poised to take him down. Sorry for the cell phone pic.
they changed the WB channel to the New Mexico CW here, I don't know why. But they have this guy dressed as a tv that runs all over town doing little giveaways and stuff if you can answer questions about the shows.
